2018 Mercedes-Benz S560 Maybach

What’s classier than a Mercedes-Benz S560 Maybach? Probably a lot of things (maybe?), but definitely nothing that I own, unless you’re really high on Honda Odysseys.

This one is possibly the newest and cheapest example on the east coast, being listed at $64,500. It says it’s got a clean title and less than 50,000 miles!

Personally, I’m a fan of the all blacked out look over some of the two-tone variants. The understated but elegant exterior is spot on for me but may not be as opulent as buyers in this segment are after. Seems like kind of a toss-up.

The seller lists that they’ve got the factor 20″ wheels (rims and tires) available in addition to the 22’s pictured. The 20’s would be my preference for both the look and ride quality, but they don’t come in black .

As you’d expect, it comes fully loaded with heated/cooled seats, heads-up display, and the all too desired fragrance package. It’s also got quite a bit of lighting options, per the P1 and P2 packages.

Rear entertainment is a must for the luxury executive sedan segment and there’s no difference here. This is likely one of the cars you’d prefer to be driven around in than drive.

The specs on a 2018 Mercedes-Benz S560 Maybach do claim a 0-60 time of 4.1-4.8 seconds (big range, reports kind of sporadic), which is crazy for a car that weighs this much.

I’m not sure how I’d feel about putting a car seat down in these back seats. It feels almost criminal to put something like that on this soft leather. It’d be worse to not own the car at all though.

Obviously, every car I share I think is interesting, but this one is pretty cool. For a car that retailed likely over $150K, this is a pretty sweet deal.

If you buy it, please let me know how awesome it is, and how much road noise you don’t hear. To inquire with the seller, and for the original post, here’s the link:
